Combined with his military service, Frank served a total of 55 years of Federal Service and received a personally signed congratulatory letter from President Obama. Also in 2012, Frank's dedicated career in Social Work was acknowledged as a National Association of Social Work Pioneer when he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.
